4year old cockerpoo. Dog bit injury on the left front shoulder which left a large wound approx 20cmx 17cm with dressings changes and 3 phovia sessions we got a realy good granulation bed and 5 weeks from the start after of course of antibiotics he had a sling graft which unfortunately failed so had to start again with sloughing the necrotic tissue off with useing hydrogel dressings start the proses again. With antibiotics and pain relief he was having dressing changes with hydrogel dressing and phovia sessions so six weeks after the sink graft he had a punch graft then stitched dressing on for 5day for them to take and then dressing changes and phovia sessions and only 1 a week as that he would tolerate and 5 weeks from this procedure to date we are at a wound the size bean 1.7cm by 0.5 cm
