Silver, a 5yr 10m FN greyhound present to the practice on the 30/8/24 for a recheck of a wound.
While away on holiday, silver had cut her leg on a fence and had to undergo emergency surgery at a different practice.
Due to the thinness of Silvers skin, the wound wasn’t healing very well and the sutures had failed in places.
It was decided that Silver wound benefit from phovia. Over the next 3 weeks silver had once weekly treatments of phovia and the improvement of granulation tissues and hair regrowth was very impressive.
